From the initial contact to the finished installation, the experience was excellent and very, very different from the previous company I used (which was a totally negative experience.) The initial contact with Anthony was met with a very competent understanding of the issue, a clear explanation of the possible alternatives, an honest and reasonable assessment of the costs to resolve the issue, and a super-fast response time. There was no feeling of a high-pressure sales effort and I knew I was dealing (finally!) with a water heater company that was principled and operated from a base of honesty and integrity. I was not to be disappointed; they were all that, and more. As soon as I finished the call and made the appointment, I received a text message and email detailing all the pertinent information regarding the appointment and continued to receive updates keeping me informed of the scheduled appointment (which occurred exactly within the 2 hour window scheduled.) The technician, Ganzo, was, like Anthony, very polite, very respectful, very knowledgeable, very efficient, very service and customer-oriented, and very competent. The entire experience was first-class. In addition, the costs were perfectly fair and quite reasonable. It was apparent that The Water Heater company was interested in having a long-term relationship with us and not just interested in a quick and profitable sale. They left me with a sticker to attach to my water heater with their telephone number which I will use if I ever need service again.
