Very happy to learn that ARS also does plumbing and electrical. Weâ ve already used Plumber Alan to fix a toilet problem. Electrician Shane installed a whole house surge protector, installed surge protectors on both ACs and both air handlers, and installed a plug at the electrical box for a power generator. Electrician Bill followed up to investigate why certain lights flicker when the clothes washer agitates. All three gentlemen were professional, friendly, and clearly described how they would help us. The PROS Club reduced our costs and helped us receive help sooner. "Half of my project was installing and burying a drainage line to pull water away from my home. Brandon, Sergio, and Terrence did an exceptional job! From the moment they arrived, until completion, they were very courteous and willing to explain any and all questions I had. They even installed and buried an additional drain line from my gutter downspout next to the drain line they were installing and connected it to the yardwell along with their drain line. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did.
