We had to re-finish our basement after a pipe burst, and Torin made it easy to meet the requirements of our insurance agency. He provided all of the paperwork we needed in a timely manner, and was able to recreate our previous setup to the satisfaction of the insurance company. We also appreciated Torin and Jack?s flexibility with our schedule. They were very communicative and always let us know when they had openings ahead of our scheduled sessions so that we could continue to make progress on the build. We felt very comfortable with them in our home so often had them come while we were at work. Torin was very easy to work with and we highly recommend his company and will be using them again for future projects. Bonus - Torin and Jack both like dogs, and were super sweet to our pup! She loved having them"

"I woke up the other day to no hot water, raced down into the basement and saw my water heater leaking onto the floor. I called Robert and he offered to come over right away and replace the tank even though he had planned to take the day off. I also had him install a safety shutoff to protect me from the next leak since my basement is finished, and it would have been catastrophic if we were not in the home to catch this leak. "Bought a mobile home which had two toilets. Able to replace one but the other had a water inlet that interfered with the base. Being new in the area I didn't know any plumbers. "Patrick called Friday night and showed up at 7:15 AM on a Saturday morning (OMG) to repair a central A/C system that was icing up inside. I'm still waiting to hear from the other 2 companies that were listed in my area. I know they will call Monday which would mean myself and my disabled wife would spend a very uncomfortable weekend and probably longer because most HVAC companies don't work weekends and it usually takes at least a day to schedule an appointment. Not fun when the humidity is 65% and the temp is close to 80. Patrick did a great job, A/C is running like new. Will hire him again and recommend him in a heart beat. Prices are very reasonable.
