M and M came out the next day after I called. Seth came and worked on my pipes but found they needed to be replaced. He tried multiple times to work with the old galvanized pipes. Today, Sunday, December 18, they came out to replace the pipes completely. This time, Martin and Esmerelda came out and explained everything in understandable language what they were going to do and why. As a customer, they put me at ease and answered all my questions.
