"Our experience with The Water Heater Company was absolutely superb! From the initial contact to the finished installation, the experience was excellent and very, very different from the previous company I used (which was a totally negative experience.) The initial contact with Anthony was met with a very competent understanding of the issue, a clear explanation of the possible alternatives, an honest and reasonable assessment of the costs to resolve the issue, and a super-fast response time. There was no feeling of a high-pressure sales effort and I knew I was dealing (finally!) with a water heater company that was principled and operated from a base of honesty and integrity. I was not to be disappointed; they were all that, and more. As soon as I finished the call and made the appointment, I received a text message and email detailing all the pertinent information regarding the appointment and continued to receive updates keeping me informed of the scheduled appointment (which occurred exactly within the 2 hour window scheduled.) The technician, Ganzo, was, like Anthony, very polite, very respectful, very knowledgeable, very efficient, very service and customer-oriented, and very competent. The entire experience was first-class. In addition, the costs were perfectly fair and quite reasonable. It was apparent that The Water Heater company was interested in having a long-term relationship with us and not just interested in a quick and profitable sale. They left me with a sticker to attach to my water heater with their telephone number which I will use if I ever need service again. "Esteban did a great job. He made some recommendations based on our needs. He took out most of the old cast iron pipe that was corroded and replaced with ABS black plastic. He also installed a valve, so we could use the wash machine water to water the backyard trees and plants. A goal was to minimize damage to the exterior stucco, and he used drills instead of hammers to go through. He listened to our questions and made some recommendations to avoid leaks. I hired him to do some additional work the last plumber did wrong, and he did it at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Esteban Plumbing."

They were called to give a second opinion on a job that a big company wanted a huge amount of money for. After checking and confirming that the big company was correct, not only did they not charge me for the extra work they did, but they got back to me with a significantly lower price.
