"After spending hours sweeping water out of our basement during a heavy rainfall last winter, we decided to have a sump pump installed. Our research turned up a few promising professionals to do the work, J. Cruz included. We are so pleased we decided to go with J. Cruz and Precise Plumbing. During the initial consultation, J. took the time to describe his proposal for the work in great detail and provided an exact figure for the cost on the spot. The job was done in very short amount of time and J. was able to schedule us within a week of our initial consultation. J. walked us through the work as it progressed, giving us honest feedback about what he thought should be done. At no point did we feel pressured to pay for extra services or surprise repairs. In fact, we asked J. to repair a crack in the cement near our water heater where water had seeped in the previous winter and to install a pan around it for protection against any overflow. J. included these services (which involved draining and remounting our water heater) at no additional cost: his initial estimate for the work was precisely the same as the amount we paid when the job was done. "I was given a fair quote for an on-demand water heater. The 2 other companies were either, way overpriced or were charging sales tax on their labor. The project was done in a timely manner. Dave was polite and professional. I wish the clean-up of sediment from the old standard water heater had been cleaned up. It was left for me."
