The water heater that they had quoted us they found out was out of stock and since our current water heater was not functioning they wanted to get us up and going as soon as possible so they arrive as schedule but with a upgraded water heater at no additional charge. "Great company. The installer was friendly and completed the job in one day. What I like that is the fact that if I choose to sell my condo and I stay within the spec of the contract, it will transfer if I choose to sell it. ( I would like to suggest that they get more samples, and give a better visual of the most recent jobs done. I thought my mine would have more of a brown tone,but I ended up with more gray because of the sample I chose. This is the only reason I read it is at a 4 1/2."
