I’m very pleased with the AC and heater hookup service. The technician was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They made sure everything was installed correctly and explained how to operate the system efficiently. The unit runs smoothly — cooling and heating work perfectly, and the temperature control is spot-on. The work area was left clean and tidy, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend their service!

My professional service person was Kenneth Thompson. He was professional in evey way and took the time to explain the problem and the part replacement. Mini split units when they work are the best. This one in the bedroom started leaking water onto the floor because the drain pan was cracked. This part is not readily available and required a special order. Ideal did everything right. They ordered the part kept me informed by the week as to the status and quickly scheduled an appointment when the part arrived. Fast, courteous and professional service. It was woth every dollar.
