My wife and I just went through 3 days of freezing temperatures in our rental house, following a water leak that was due to a swamp cooler broken pipe. Early in the fall, we asked the Landlord to prep the house for the winter, turn the swamp cooler off and the heat on. The landlord brought Kidzz Mechanical to do this work. Kidzz Mechanical changed the heat pump but forgot to turn off the swamp cooler and drain its pipe. On Dec. 12, 2024, water started pouring in the garage, damaging our stored property. The Landlord brought TLC plumbers to look at the problem. They removed the damaged pipe. Kidzz Mechanical had NOT turned off and serviced the swamp cooler properly. The next morning, the house was freezing cold. We immediately made the landlord aware. She scheduled an apt. with Kidzz Mechanical. The company was unable to come to the house for 3 full days. We froze in the house to the point of shaking.

Called within minutes of submitting request. Appt set up for following day. Repair made the day after with replacements parts. Jeremy took his time in evaluating what I needed and was thorough in his explanations. Chad (the technician who installed the new parts) took before and after pics (based on my request) and Nikki and Christa were thorough and professional.

Another 5 Stars for Kidzz Mech. Trouble with AC around 2pm. Called Kidzz and not only Jetrmy 2 arrived a short time later Jeremy 1(owner) arrived. They both stayed until around 6pm until issue was resolved. A special thanks to Jeremy 2 who has been here on trouble shooting visits always shows professionalism, knowledge and courtesy while here. I strongly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs

Condenser quit working. Jeremy knew right away what may be the cause and he proved correct. Dual run capacitor had failed. He checked other unit as well and confirmed temperatures after repairs completed. Gave useful advice for optimal operation.
