The tech was here a total of 5 minutes. Took the plate off the air conditioner and turned it on then shut it and put the plate back. No added Freon . Next he changed the filter because the asked. Then he left worst tuneup ever.

Tech immediately diagnosed problem that the filter needed replacement. Customer hadn’t received new filter and old filter was choking air flow.

ARS and specifically Salah B were a godsend! Thank you! Water heater decide to break on a Sunday afternoon. We finally figured out why we didn’t have hot water and call for help late Sunday night. Monday morning Salah was here and he had us back up and running in no time! Hot water with none leaking on the basement floor! So professional and friendly. Thank you ARS and thank you Salah!

ARS's customer service is subpar. I called 6 times in one day to report an issue with a thermostat and each time I requested a manger to call me back to confirm that this repair will be covered by a ten year warrantee when I purchased the HVAC system just over 2 years ago. No manager called me back . when ARS finally called, their employee tried yet again to upsell me on some nonsense I was NOT interested in or needed. ARS changed my Apt from 2 -6, to 6-9 without notifying me. My AC is still down. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact I asked their tech to take a photo of my warrantee paperwork so that I would not end up arguing with them about coverage in the future. this is a horribly run business. I already reported ARS to the BBB. no chance they'll change their practices though. Their Techs are good, with lousy management.

The installation of my HVAC system went well. ARS was able to accommodate my schedule. Keyon and Eric were efficient, professional and well organized . When the project was completed, Keyon explained and demonstrated some of the system and thermostat features. Customer service (Jana) kept me informed of scheduling changes and assisted with the coordination of the third-party billing application process.
