    My A/C was working but not cooling my house completely. I contacted RAA Heating. Ray was available the same afternoon or Monday so I met him the same day. Ray is a very nice man with a very professional dimeaner. What I am not pleased about is that my A/C was 2 lbs low on refrigerant and it cost me $300 to add refrigerant only. I asked at least three times if maybe he should remove the cover and check the coils but he would not. I'm sure the leak will not repair itself and I will again have to pay for more refrigerant AND an actual repair bill. I prefer things fixed right the first time.

    the first words out of this lady was " I hope this does not cost a lot, I do not have any money." I explained to the lady that in all probability the leak was in the evaporator coil which would need to be replaced. She stated that she would not be able to afford a $ 2,000.00 plus bill , so the only option was to patch the system by adding refrigerant. The lady's system used the old style refrigerant which has been discontinued and is now very expensive. What she does not say is that I gave her a break on the cost of the refrigerant. I explained this all to her and any service was at her instruction. If she was unhappy in any way she should have contacted me and I would have worked with her to make her happy. I strive to work with my customers for their satisfaction.
