RON ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, ASSESSED THE PROBLEM WITH MY CEILING FIXTURE IN THE BASEMENT. HE BROUGHT IN A STEP LADDER FROM HIS TRUCK WHICH WAS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE FIXTURE'S MAIN PART. AND....HE FIXED IT !! SUCH A RELIEF TO HAVE THE FIRST REPAIR PERSON TO BE ABLE TO GET THE WORK DONE WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. THANKS TO RON & SNELL !

After getting outrageous prices from first pro, Ron Jones from Snell, came in and looked at the circuit board and made adjustments to the circuit breaker and didn't charge me anything, just gave me a biz card and said to give him a call in the future if any other problems occur
