"Blue Flame is an outstanding company. The people were accommodating and very helpful. Al came out specifically to check our electronic air cleaner. While here, he decided to service our furnace. He then noticed a major problem with our water heater. Thank goodness he saw it because it was on the verge of giving out. Fernando came out and installed a new water heater. Fernando--like Al--was professional, polite, and answered all my questions. He did a great job with the installation. He was quick and efficient and kept the area clean. "Robert called immediately and able to come within an hour on a Saturday morning. He said prior to coming out that my furnace most likely just needed a service and the cost. He arrived on time and was very polite. He worked on the furnace and showed me exactly what he was doing and the before and after of everything he cleaned. One part was very dirty and the furnace started working right after this. He looked at our thermostat that we thought was broken because of odd behavior and figured out it set for a hot water heater not a furnace and fixed it. The price was VERY good and what he quoted on the phone! We will definiately use next time."

"Our 30YO furnace took its last breath on a Sunday during 30F temps. We spent a couple cold days trying to find a company available to help us out. Luckily we also have a heat pump that heats part of the house, so it wasn’t an emergency. No one had availability. In our search we submitted a project request on Angi (formerly Angie’s List), and Product Air called us on Tuesday morning to say they could be there in an hour to give a bid. They came and gave us a reasonable bid. Given the urgency, they could have gouged us but they did not. The next morning they were there at 9 AM to install a new gas furnace. When they finished I asked them if they also did maintenance on heat pump systems. They said yes, and they did the maintenance right there on the spot. On top of doing a great installation and bringing our heat pump system current on maintenance (without prior scheduling!), they cleaned the garage up after their work to a state well beyond our expectations. They were also very polite and pleasant to work with. We will definitely call them again for maintenance and any HVAC needs we have in the future!"

Our furnace blower went out and it was either no heat or a terrible burning smell which set our smoke detectors off. He had the part in the van to fix it which was great since it was freezing outside so this was a life saver!"

"THESE ARE THE FOLKS TO HIRE! When I contacted Ares Comfort Systems, Shawn came out right away. We talked about what I wanted and what my budget was. We have solar and I wanted to switch from natural gas heating to an electric heat pump with a gas furnace to back it up in case of an extreme and prolonged cold winter storm. Chris offered four different options for me from a top of the line electric heat pump and blower, to a simple natural gas replacement furnace (mine had just died after 25 years). I also got four different estimates from other venders including one from a friend who does this in retirement. Ares was by far and away the best price for all four different options. In fact my friend who also made a bid strongly suggested I go with Ares, and I did saving me about $3000 or about 25% (it is true!) under the other venders. Chris, Kirt, and their crew came out and performed the install in a single day. The install was not simple but they did a fantastic job with a clean install. The equipment was not the highest priced (the Cadillac of heat pumps) but it was a close second and will likely outlive me while saving me money and helping the environment at the same time. Ares gave me a bid and assured me if there were any surprises they would cover the extra cost. Who does that anymore?!? If ever I need heating or cooling equipment or work, I will absolutely go with Ares Comfort Systems. I will recommend them to friends and family alike. Do yourself a favor and call them for your heating or AC needs."
