"Tripped Electric upgraded our main service panel in our barn, and trenched a new 100-amp sub-panel to our shop. Every electrician on site was knowledgeable, and smiled even though I asked them a million questions. PUD disconnect, rewire/upgrade, Snohomish County L&I inspection, PUD service re-connected, back up and running in 2 days! I went out and bought a lotto ticket, who the hell gets PUD on site 2 days in a row?! (No disrespect PUD, all the linemen were super cool.) Seriously though, for any local electrical needs, residential or commercial, I highly recommend calling Tripped Electric. Reminds you of the good ol' days when local businesses actually gave a crap about their customers."

"I am writing this review with JOY in my heart. I have been a homeowner for 35 years and have NEVER had service like this before. The light sockets in my basement apartment were not working. I do not have a 'go to' electrician. The last guy charged me ridiculous amounts of money for a job he never completed. My confidence in finding an honest provider was low. I call a home builder friend who recommended New Electric. It was THE BEST call I have ever made. Jacob arrived that same day after his work shift was complete. He assessed the situation, fixed the problem and within an hour all was good in the world. He advised me and made recommendations. No pressure, no sales pitch. He charged me $180. Wait, what? that's how much companies charge just to come out to assess let alone FIX a problem. Later that week another issue came up-one he had warned about. Again, I call, he arrives promptly, handles the situation and BOOM! Done. I think I am in LOVE with this company! THANK YOU"

"Rock Electric was great. We had electricity brought to a new shop in our backyard. The Rock people were on time, they stayed in touch while we were scheduling and rescheduling. The initial visit went well and all the little details were worked out in a straightforward manner. No issues when we requested the work be permitted either. They were accommodating and professional When there was a question about the trench we dug that we thought met specs they reached out immediately and made sure they were ok to proceed. The job was done quickly and the permitting inspection was also done at the same time. Great customer service. They did a fine job of staying in touch for time frames. After initially speaking with some other outfits that never got back to us or did not show or call for their scheduled appts it was refreshing to work with a group with conscientious, communicative, customer oriented people. We would definitely hire them again if a project comes up. Thanks guys."

"I had a great experience with Wire Craft. They installed 2 recessed lights where no lights had been, replaced 1 hanging chandelier with 3 recessed lights and replaced 1 track lighting system. They arrived when promised, did a great job, left my home as clean as it was before they did the work and even cut some $ from the bid price because it took an hour less time than estimated. I will so use them again."

"I hired Austin to install an EV charger in my garage. Austin was very attentive, coming out on my schedule to do a quick walkthrough of the garage and give me an estimate. I found his estimate to be very fair, and we scheduled a time this last weekend to have it installed. Austin gathered all information he needed and arrived on time to perform the job. Overall it took about 4.5 hours for him to run the conduit for the charger to the other side of the garage, and install the charger. The charger worked right off the bat, and the inspector just stopped by and said it was good work. Overall, I would recommend Austin to anyone looking to do electrical work in their home, and I will absolutely use him again."

"Scott came in to check my diningroom light fixture which had begun blinking on and off and I was worried that it had a short in it. He checked the fixture for the suspected short and found there wasn't one. He replaced the light bulb and left without charging me anything. The fixture with the new lightbulb in it is working just fine now. Thanks to Scott and his wonderful work in checking everything out before coming to the proper conclusion. Love him! "Sound Power installed a new 100A service line from my main service panel to a sub panel in my detached garage. They showed up on time, communicated clearly and professionally, and did excellent work. Despite running into some unforeseen challenges (totally not their fault) and needing an extra day to complete the project, they did not charge extra, ethical and trustworthy. I went with Sound Power after getting 3 other quotes, theirs was the best, so I feel comfortable saying their price was fair. I would hire them again or recommend them to others."
