The previous owner of my house did a poor install of our mini-split so it stopped working a couple months ago. I called Northern Horizon and their owner was out to do an assessment within a day. He gave me a competitive quote and his technician, Jayson, was out a few days later to complete the job. Jayson was very good about explaining the problem and completed the job on-time and in-budget. Would definitely call Northern Horizon again for HVAC issues. Thanks again Jayson and Northern Horizon!

Excellent experience, they were quick to respond, schedule and answered all questions. Very punctual and polite. Did a great job identifying and fixing the issues quickly. Went above and cleaned the unit as well and talked us through the process with some tips. Finally have working AC. Highly recommend.

The team showed up on time and were very polite. They listened carefully to what I said about the problem. They were very clear in explaining the issues with my AC and offered different solutions, which was helpful. I’m happy with how they handled everything. Highly recommend.

Arrived on time; were polite and respectful; and listened to my information. Had a problem with a PVC pipe breaking, but arranged for another worker with the needed parts to come fix it. AC is working now.
