"I am amazed. This is a hard-working company, who is very honest. Every other company I spoke with said that my entire system needed to be replaced because it was over 20 years old (20 1/2 to be precise). That would have cost me about $7,000 - $10,000. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem. Then he tightened some things (?) and had it running like new. Fast and friendly service. I have recommended them to three other people already and will continue to do so."

"Serge from Arctic Heat saved the day! My thermostat quit working right in the middle of the December snowstorm. I submitted a work request through Angi (formerly Angieâ s List) and he called promptly. Since it was late in the day, he offered to squeeze me in right away if it was an emergency, but I said I was fine waiting until the next day. Today was even snowier, and I was afraid he would have to cancel, yet Serge called and said he could come even earlier than our arranged time. He fixed the problem quickly and now I have heat again. Iâ m a happy customer!"
