"I have used Guardian roofing for many years. First: I had a shake roof on my house. Guardian Roofing helped me clean and protect my shake roof and repaired any shakes as necessary. Here is where the great service comes in. If I had any leaks in my shake roof that was because of their service, they repaired it at their cost. Every person they sent out to my home for service was polite, courteous, and was working with me to satisfy MY needs. If they made a mess, there made sure that it was cleaned up per My satisfaction. Second; last year I had my shake roof replaced with a Certain Teed Landmark TL Roofing. It was a complete tear off and replace. The crew was Great. They covered my bushes, Garage doors and anything else that could be damaged. They cleaned up every night before going home and made sure it was to My satisfaction. They were here for three and a half days and when they finished, the crew went around the house with me to make sure I was happy, (They were very Customer oriented). They also made sure that all gutters and down spouts were clean out. I cannot complain about Guardian Roofing and their service. Third: they just recently applied a Moss and Algae treatment on my roof. They were very customer oriented and made sure that all was cleaned up. I have no complaints or arguments with Guardian Roofing and their Crew. The last thing that is important to me and their customers, they were hooked up with a safety line and worker Safety First. I would Recommend Guardian Roofing to anyone."

"I recommend Fredi and his company to everyone who needs work done on their roof. I gave 5 stars but if I could it would be 5 Star + Fredi was the 5th person to quote my request for work. He was professional kind and very detailed in what he looked at. In addition he took pictures that allowed us to have a productive conversation. Of all of the quotes I received (from ridiculously high, to stupid low) his made the most sense. He made very concise points on what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done and what could wait. His proposal made it easy for my wife and I to chose him to do the work. When his team showed to do the work on the house (on the agreed time!) I was very impressed with their professionalism and the way they presented themselves and Red Rock Roofing. They reviewed the work that was contracted, and the additional customer service items (scrape the roof of moss and blow out the rain gutters) that we not on the contracted list. The two gentlemen worked very hard and very efficiently. They had the task done in a very minimal time and when they were through you would have never known they were there the worksite was very clean and tidy. Thank you Fredi and crew for your outstanding job!!!!"

"I recently hired Modern Exchange for a patio repair project and I couldnâ  t be more satisfied with their work. Our patio was in a dire state, with roots growing underneath and lifting the pavers. This not only made the patio look unsightly but also posed a tripping hazard. The crew from Modern Exchange was thoroughly professional and efficient. They arrived on time and got straight to work. The process took a few hours, during which they meticulously removed the pavers, dealt with the intrusive roots, and then expertly re-laid the pavers. The attention to detail was impressive. They made sure that every piece was perfectly aligned and secure. What stood out was their commitment to getting the job done right. They didnâ  t rush through the process; instead, they took the time to ensure that every aspect of the repair was handled with care. The end result was a beautifully restored patio that looked as good as new. Iâ  m particularly pleased because the crew left the site clean and tidy, showing respect for our property. "EM Property was fantastic and just what I needed. The exhaust fan in my bathroom started leaking during a rainstorm and I wasn't even sure who to contact about it. They came out the very next day and inspected it for free and told me what was wrong and how they could fix it. They provided me with a fair estimate for the project and even offered to clean my gutters while they were up on the roof (which I greatly appreciated as it was long over due!). They were fast and efficient and got everything completed before the next rain storm. Both Dale and Justin were professional and friendly and answered all of my many questions. Justin even gave me the low down on the current condition of my roof and offered some additional advice on upkeep which I appreciate since I have no plans to climb up there myself any time soon. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future projects around the house."

"We noticed a leak in our roof and we did not know what to do We put our request in Angies list and immediately we got phone calls from A lot of roofers That came out and could not find where the leak was coming from but then we got a phone call from John from Galaxy roofing services he came out very quickly and detected Where the leak was coming from they put a tarp over our roof that night and the very next day they were there early in the morning and worked on the roof for two days to stop the leak that other contractors could not point out where it was coming from but just wanna say thank you John and galaxy roofing for your Experience and your services"

"We wish to give a loud shout out to Steve, owner of All About Gutters whose team did a fantastic job for our home in Normandy Park. We have been experiencing water coming down through our gutters for years (home built in 1956), so a repair was needed to replace a 60 ft section of gutter and about 25 ft of fascia behind it. After meeting 5 other contractors, Steve came and gave us a good quote to do such repairs. On my request, he also bid on replacing the gutter system for the whole house and replacing all (12 ) downspouts. As he said, he never tried to negotiate but, rather put his best foot forward. His product guarantees were equal or better than the competitors and price were far more attractive. Best of all his crew did the whole job in one and a half days, making the home look years younger (as new gutters are prepainted. Steve picked a nice color for us. He didn't try to upsell us, but I did not want to have a section of new gutter with the old ones. They cleaned up!"
