"Was for routine maintenance before the temperatures rise. I like to use local businesses and saw a good review for them. Joe thoroughly cleaned the coils so they looked like new,and cleaned the entire inside of the unit and checked compressor and all of the parts& mechanicals inside my house (I donâ t know the technical terms ) . Extremely responsive when I called and very professional. Explained everything he was going to do. Took before and after pics so I could see his work. I will be using them again for all HVAC maintenance and repairs . Reasonably priced and trustworthy. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and neighbors who are in need of an HVAC company."

"Miguel and his team did a great job tackling the job. Miguel is very responsive, dedicated and provides reasonable quotes for the work. His team was very professional, timely and executed the job well despite a couple hurdles and curve balls. We needed to install a heater/vent and an outdoor GFI plug. The heater/vent was a bit larger than I had anticipated and we had to retrofit the hole to accommodate it. Not the easiest job but he handled it very well and his expertise with the electrical portion of the job was certainly top notch. AND without any drywall holes!"

He explained the procedure and the required parts necessary prior to the install. Jorge and his crew, Chris and Christian were very courteous, performed a high quality installation and cleaned the area upon completion. After the system was fired up, Jorge checked all the radiators and made adjustments to ensure proper efficiency. In addition he repaired her toilet water line free of charge. The price was very fair. I would not hesitate to hire Challenger again and highly recommend their company for any HVAC needs. Excellent job!"

"Every other review on here is right on. First, Cesar is awesome. He called me back right away on a Sunday night (not expected) and was able to make time to see me the next day. He found a boiler (which I have heard is not very easy right now) and had it to my house for the end of the week. He had the old failing heater out and the new one installed (nice, clean install) in one day. Throughout the entire process he was very communicative. The crew wore masks in the house (as did we) when interacting with us which I appreciated and they were very careful to treat the house with care by putting down runners, taking off shoes, shoe covers, etc. Today (second day) they came back and are doing a final cleanup and reviewing any last minute issues. I screwed them up and caused an issue with a T-Stat and Cesar took the time to a. fix it and b. make sure I understood the right way to do it and how to configure it going forward. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. I am beyond impressed and feel very lucky that I found them for my boiler. The price was very reasonable especially considering the time frame they were able to turn it around in."

"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

"Had a few radiators cracked and asked them to find a replacement for the antiquated ones in our house. They were very courteous and Professional; worked with me on finding one within reasonable time and budget. They even went out of their way to finish and address all new found issues with the job irrespective of the time of night.. Worked 12 hrs straight to fix all broken radiators on that zone and also came back the next day for the promised follow up. Very thorough. A separate issue resulted in another zones faulty controller.. They thouroughly investigated the route cause and switched it out that same afternoon. We had that zone working the same day prior to the anticipated deep freeze."

"Our furnace went out in the early morning in February 2021. After reviewing local HVAC companies, I put out some calls for service. The first technician noted that the furnace was shot (cracked heat exchanger) and was unsafe to continue using. It was under 30 degrees outside and space heaters only helped keep the house in the 50s, but this was considered an emergency job and needed to be done ASAP. I received several written estimates for replacing the furnace throughout the day (most of which were higher than I anticipated) and awaited the estimate from the first technician, I thought, why not try Home Advisor (which I've never used previously). After submitting my information in the evening, I was put in touch with Ross at Adriatic Heating and Air Conditioning within minutes. He came the next day and provided the most competitive estimate for a unit I was comfortable with on the spot. Although I understand from almost all of the companies I was in touch with that replacing the A/C at the same time was prudent, it also upped the cost substantially from this surprise need to replace the furnace. Ross also noted it would be prudent to replace the A/C, but noted that it would not be any problem to replace only the furnace at this time. We went with Adriatic and are extremely satisfied with Ross and his father (Sal). They were very nice and professional, did the job as quoted, for the cost quoted (well, $50 extra for an outside faceplate that the new high efficiency furnaces need...not a concern) and in the timeframe quoted. Ross had to return to replace the double electrical outlet on the furnace with a single outlet (town code), which was done no charge. I would absolutely hire Adriatic again and recommend them. Sorry about the slow review!"

"Amir and his crew are fantastic. I needed a new boiler and got the 3 traditional estimates. After reviewing all 3, Quick Cooling seemed to be the best bang for the buck. I know that the cheapest deal isn't the best deal, but to my surprise they were more than competitive and also offered financing if I needed it. Their product knowledge was amazing and Amir really took the time to explain all of my options, the pros & cons of each. Once we decided that the Weil McLain GV90+ was the one to go with, we set up the day. On the day of the install the crew showed up on time, put down clean drop clothes, and started to rock & roll. By the end of the day, the boiler with 3 zone heating and wi-fi thermostats were installed along with a new hot water heater (my old one was 15 yrs old and why take chances). The house was left spotless and warm. Bart, the expert installer went over all the functions and features. He Wouldn't leave until I understood everything and was completely satisfied. To sum it up.... Quick Cooling was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone that needs heating or AC work."
