We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. You maybe able to find someone cheaper (we got several bids) but you will not find a better contractor than Magnolia. Money well spent. Thanks Chris - well done!"

They have a total of 16 people working for them and usually have 3-4 people on one job. There were ceiling leaks in two rooms and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately. They replaced my asphalt roof and even replaced some of the cedar wood sidings as gratis. I would recommend them to anyone."

"In the 22 years of being a home owner we have employed many contractors for a variety of jobs, Garcia Construction has been by far the most professional, clean, courteous and helpful that weâ ve worked with. Our initial need was for a full bathroom remodel and Mr. Garcia was the first to respond to our request. They did an amazing job and I couldnâ t be happier. They scheduling was great, they really worked on my time and still completed the job in a timely manner.
