I appreciated that because my issue could have been masquerading as a simple clog. "In October 2018, I was on the market to replace my 30+ furnace and 15+ AC. There were 6 dealers representing two brands visiting my property. I was shocked to learn that 5 were not able to properly size equipment, didn't include ductwork modifications and refused to replace Freon and drain lines. "Short version: Professionalism, competency, and integrity is what you can expect from RJK. When our AC stopped working, another company came out to investigate and we were quoted an outrageous temporary repair cost and were advised to replace the whole system. We called RJK and they called back almost immediately. Upon arriving, they advised that a whole system replacement would be unnecessary for starters. But before even doing that, they wanted to have their techs double check that the system was truly in need of any replacement. Turns out the fix was straightforward and within 30 minutes the system was repaired at a fraction of the cost of the original contractor's quoted repair cost and definitely cheaper than a whole new system."

"I called Rich Heating and Sewer, when our sewer line started leaking into the basement. His team arrived on time, the same day I called, and rather than performing unnecessary work, they spent 15-30 minutes trying to reproduce the issue. When they were unable to reproduce the leak, they ran a scope to confirm there was no blockage then asked questions about what could have caused the problem.
