"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. My tenant and I liked the finished tile work very much. Cost of the project was reasonable even though I paid a little more than other estimate but it was well worth it because of his promptness, cleanliness and thoroughness. "I hired Seci General Construction to replace my stairs and patio in my backyard. First, Bekim Seci followed up on every phone call, was very polite and responsive. I immediately felt like my project was important to him (although it was small). He came to the house, assessed the area and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. I had my front stairs done by another contractor the previous year and the pricing was much more expensive. Not only was his price fair, he used excellent materials (Cambridge pavers). His team took care of the haul away of the old concrete and left the area clean. The entire job was completed in two days (which was excellent considering my experience with my front steps). It is absolutely beautiful and I am extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend them for your next project. I know I will be using them again."

"Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement and repair. He responded to my initial Home Advisor request very quickly, did a walkthrough within a couple days, and presented various repair options at different price-points. We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. In the end, we could not be happier with the job. It was done quickly, with a transferable warranty, at a great price, and Jimmy was very professional and easy to communicate with. "We hired Klodi for our 10 units hometown complex to clean the gutters & power wash our concreate walkways, plus to clean our sidings with power washing. He came with 2 guys. We are extremely happy with their work since they went above and beyond by even cleaning the areas that we didnâ t even ask for. "They are really fast and efficient! I had damage to my roof which required a replacement and they did my roof in one day! I say this because post hurricane Ida I have observed a lot of my friends needing the same service and watching their contractors take far longer. In addition to that while they do mostly exterior work they also fixed the leaking ceiling by replacing Sheetrock. I did not have to call multiple people to get my issues resolved. My next project will be my long awaited deck renovation and they will be the ones I call! They showed me a complex deck project they were working on and letâ s say itâ s bigger than the size of my house! Quite impressive! Aside from the noise of removing the shingles and the pressurized gun you would never know they were there. Very easy team to work with. You really didnâ t feel like you had to change your day drastically because they were there. I also found them to be highly competitive!!! Bottom line that is what we look for. It is just an added bonus that they show up when they say they do (no flakers here!!) I have year to have cost overruns and they do a great job!!! I do not hesitate one bit in recommending them."
