"Alex was responsive and knowledgeable about antenna choice, installation and add on accessories which he happily shared. we set a date and time, he was prompt and got right to work, first surveying the scope of the whole install project and what was necessary and what was not, then going on the roof to install the antenna to the old Dish TV mount (and thankfully negating the mount being on my chimney) he zeroed it in on the broadcast tower for optimum reception! He proceeded to uninstall all the set top boxes from the soon to be cancelled Direct TV and connected the 3 TV's to the outdoor roof antenna, programmed each TV and checked the reception (ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAR 40 channels after weeding out the unwanted ones) to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Alex even removed and old chimney mount and the old Direct TV dish and scrapped it for us, very impressive customer service! I highly recommend Alex's TV Antenna Service for anyone looking to cut the cord!!!"
