If I could give 10 STARS I would. I have been in Dumont for over 23 years and have used multiple Plumbers. My favorite plumber retired and I was left to look for a new company. As a single mom, its hard to find companies I can trust inside my home or actually do the job correctly. Well, All Pipeworks was perfect from beginning to end. Erik immediately contacted me to review my issues with my water heater. HE LOOKED up my warranty FOR ME... He took the time to call my water heater company, found my contract and my remaining warranty. He helped me with all my options and was never pushy or aggressive. He explained everything in a language I can understand and was absolutely professional. He and his team, came by replaced my water Heather and other items from my furnace. He left the place clean, did not damage anything else in the boiler room and I have hot water again. It was seamless from start to finish. I will be calling Eric again for all plumbing needs. Erik and Chris were absolutely amazing. Erik’s communication is impeccable—he explained everything clearly, from cost to timing, and made the whole process stress-free. My gas steam boiler failed during one of the coldest winters in decades, and they handled the removal and installation quickly and professionally. The job was done in just a few hours. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.!

The pro was unbelievable!! During an emergency, he responded within 1/2 hour. He completed the work in a very timely fashion. He kept in close communication with me about times he would be arriving and responses to all of my texts. In this day and age where people usually don’t call you back, it was EXTREMELY refreshing. I would highly recommend this company!

Professional and quick.

Did everything I asked for efficiently and professionally. Had an external gas line installed for generator and grill. Very knowledgeable professionals in sizing, installation, support, and code. They also left the work area spotlessly clean.

Erick at PipeWorks Plumbing was OUTSTANDING. We had an emergency with our Hot Water heard and I called him at night. The next morning he was over at my house, looked at the issues, and gave me a cost very quickly. His personality and professionalism got him the job right away. The next day, he was at my house, filling out the permit information, doing the project, etc. After completion, he showed me everything, tested it and it was great. It passed for the permit right away and we moved on. His price was very reasonable, and he is a pleasure to work with. Johnny
