"John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."

We recently had Electrical work done at our home. We were met with outstanding customer service when we called Rack Electric. We were scheduled and the tech arrived the next day! The technician sent a text to let us know he was on his way, he arrived on time! He not only addressed the reason we called which was to install a exhaust fan in our bathroom, he also went up and beyond and informed us about some additional issues that we should fix as well, he presented us with a estimate, it was fine and he got everything fixed and installed that day. "Victor and Omar are professional, fair and hard working. When they came by to give their estimate, they were on time and explained everything. They also answered any questions/concerns my husband and I had. They make sure you understand exactly what you are paying for. They are knowledgeable about any electrical project. I appreciated that from the first call Victor was prompt, came the next day ON TIME for the estimate and 2 days later the work was fulfilled beautifully! We installed a total of 4 RING floodlights in different areas and they installed them flawlessly. Our garage sconces are absolutely gorgeous and at the perfect height. Whether they were drilling, moving a fixture or making a hole - it was all done with care leaving minimal work for drywall/concrete patching. They cleaned up after they were done which I appreciated very much. Truly hard working. I would hire them again and recommend them in a heartbeat!"

"They are very dependable when it comes to showing up and being on time and the work was done right and very quickly. The only problem was in getting the permit. It took a long time to get finalized. But this is another contractor, found thru Home Advisor, that I will keep all the information on and will use again. In fact, I just did use them again last week on Friday, December 6th. When they came to meet the inspector regarding my new panel inspection, I asked them to give me a call because I wanted to get an estimate for another job. They called me back right away and sent someone out the following morning. I told them I wanted to go ahead and schedule the job. He told me they could do it that day. I wanted to do it but I said I couldn t because I had to leave by 3:30 for my granddaughters Christmas Pageant. He told me they would be done by then, that they would send a helper. I said ok if you really think you can be done in time. It was a lot of work. He was replacing 13 lights in the ceiling, changing out 11 outlets, adding an outlet and installing a surge protector in my recently installed panel. To my surprise, they finished at exactly 3:28. They will be my electrician from now on. I will tell you though, if you are looking for cheap, don t bother. They are a little pricey but the work gets done right away and it gets done right."

"After contacting the 3 companies provided by Home Advisor I chose to go with James Townsley and I'm very glad I did. He is very professional and did a great job. There were a few things that needed to be added to the installation, even so my cost remained the same as quoted. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and did the installation on a day that should have been a day off for him to accommodate my strange work schedule. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the installation. I would and already have recommend him for lightning rod installations."

This company did an install on my property following a major remodel in 2011 and did a great job at a competitive price. Fast forward to 2019 and I have recently had some of my roof replaced and the roofers removed all the of lightning rods! I called John and he came straight out exactly when he had promised. We own a large property and it would have been easy for him to charge me for a full replacement system but instead John explained that it was a pretty easy fix and the charged me very little to take care of my problem. John also walked the other buildings and checked all OK while he was there. Folks , This guy is old school honest and in today's world that's a rare commodity. Subsequently, he provided a thorough and reasonable estimate as well as advice regarding the equipment to install and the rationale for obtaining city permits. He was able to navigate all of this through the lockdown and completed the job in an expert manner. He has offered to come back to facilitate the city inspection.
