I must say I had a lot of reservations hiring a contractor because historically they can be unprofessional but Serrano Renovations quelled all my nerves. They were responsive, commutative and punctual. It took less than 2 weeks from day of hire to complete my shower renovation and they even picked up my tiles from the store as it couldn’t fit in my vehicle. Not to mention the quality of the install of the shower was superb and great attention to detail with the spacing and grouting of the tile. Im pleased with the outcome and will use and recommend them again.

The work from Serrano Renovations on remodeling my showers exceeded expectations. Dimas and the crew were professional in communication, staying on schedule to the deadline, and provided all the details of the work/extra work that was necessary. Highly recommend.

Julián and Juan were very professional and explained everything in detail. They did a great job installing the ceramic tiles in my master bedroom and also repaired and painted a wall that was damaged by a leak. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors.

Highly recommended! My porcelain tile floor installation was quick and looks great. Dimas was very professional and kept me informed every step of the project. The installation crew did an amazing job. My wife and I are very happy! Would definitely use Serrano Renovations for any future projects.
