Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors.

Highly recommended! My porcelain tile floor installation was quick and looks great. Dimas was very professional and kept me informed every step of the project. The installation crew did an amazing job. My wife and I are very happy! Would definitely use Serrano Renovations for any future projects.

Diogo is a very friendly, honest gentleman that understood exactly what I wanted. He listened to me and he also gave me great ideas. They installed my floors and they did a excellent job. He will be coming back to do more work for me. He comes on time and is very reliable. Iâ m going to recommend him to everyone I know. Hire him, you wonâ t be sorry!

For years, I have put off renovating my house because I could not find a good company. I finally made the decision to, and work with Serrano Renovations and I couldn t have been happier. They are affordable, quick, helpful, and very versatile. The entire team was very polite, and cleaned up at the end of every day. They made it possible for me to live in my house while they completely redid it. If you are on the edge of making a decision to start a project, go with Serrano Renovations, you will be glad you did.

Serrano's was not only one of (if not the best) prices I was able to find while shopping around, but Diogo was by far the most responsive and communicative contractors I had the pleasure of speaking with. Despite all of the other clients and jobs he had going on he always tried his best to find time to update me on my project and answer any questions that I had. On top of all of that my wood-look tile came out phenomenally! His workers were also extremely polite and friendly. If I had to have one criticism it's that they could've done a better job of cleaning up after themselves (food and drinks after lunch is what if mostly looked like) but it was far from terrible or filthy and absolutely easily manageable. Would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking at any sort of flooring project done and would be the first company I'd personally look to if I needed any more work done.
