"I can not say enough good things about Kevin and his team. We renovated a condo and Kevin and his team did the majority of the work. First of all Kevin responded right away to my inquiry and came the next day to meet with me and find out what I needed done. When we reviewed the scope of the work I needed he was able to start in a timely manner and was always punctual and showed up when he said he would. His team removed all the popcorn ceilings and smoothed them, painted them, skim coated all the walls that had previously been wallpapered, removed mirrored walls, removed the dated cove lighting in my kitchen and created a gorgeous new ceiling with molding and lighting, installed quartzite countertops in the kitchen with beautiful glass tile backsplash. The condo had no ceiling fans and no electrical to put a ceiling fan in the bedrooms and living room. When I mentioned that I would really love ceiling fans but hated the look of a channel cover going across the ceiling to hide the wires he said no problem and explained how he could slice a small groove in the ceiling and encase the wires in the ceiling and smooth them again so you would never know they were there and he was right...they are perfect! He then installed all the fans and wall switches. Kevin had creative ideas that we brainstormed and we were able to create things that I had not thought possible. He and his crew opened up the doorway to the kitchen and took out a wall on the other side and built a counter height partial wall so that when you walk in the condo you see straight out to the ocean with an unobstructed view. They cleaned up after themselves and were always on time and got the job done. When I needed them to come back to fix a hole in the wall when my plumber put in new valves behind the washer he was extremely responsive and got it done within days. Right now I have called him back to change a cabinet over my fridge into a wine rack. Can not wait to see how it turns out. Based on all the other projects he has done for me I am sure it will be fantastic. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew! Kevin, Ray and Lazalito really care about the quality of their work and that is not so easy to find these days!"

After we moved out the movers had left quite a mess, mostly on the tile floors and some black marks on the walls. She cleaned it all up including the basic cleaning of the bathrooms etc. Since I was out of town and unable to see the clean condo, Maria was kind and sent a short video of the place. It looked great. My real estate agent went to the condo this morning for the walk thru and said everything looked wonderful. "Ask questions. Know exactly what the technician will do before he arrives. I got the outside coils cleaned and the technician tried to only spray clean without removing the cover from the unit. I had to tell him that I requested that the cover be removed for a thorough cleaning. He complied. If I had other supervised the job would not have been done properly."
