⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment he arrived early (a rare and refreshing surprise!), I knew we were in great hands. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and genuine kindness instantly set the tone. Not only was he incredibly courteous—a true gentleman—but also deeply knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, pointing out exactly what needed to be fixed and, just as importantly, what didn’t—no upselling, no fluff, just honest, expert advice. What really blew me away? He came overly prepared—every possible part, extra power chargers, air filters, hoses… you name it, he had it. It was like watching a well-equipped superhero in action. On top of being top-notch at his job, the conversation was actually enjoyable. Insightful, easy, and refreshingly real. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had—thorough, thoughtful, and above all, trustworthy. Can’t recommend him enough.

Called Brian, my Coleman generator was not working. He was able to come out within an hour. His price was very reasonable. They had it running in less than an hour. Spent time explaining do’s and dont’s of running and storing my generator. I would highly recommend.

I hired him to diagnose and repair my generator. He showed up and did diagnosis, told me what was wrong a du asked him for a quote to repair it. He said he would quote it that night and after almost a week of checking with him, he finally told me he did t want to do it. After I told. him I was you got write a review about him, he threatened to use their network to try to keep me from getting it repaired elsewhere. This guys should be avoided!

Brian is an honest person who impressed me with his knowledge of generators. I asked Brian to convert my Generac to propane. Brian worked for hours in the blistering heat. The finished product was perfect. He took his time and explained how to safely use it. Brian charged me exactly to what we agreed prior. Bottom line, he's a really good, hardworking guy that you can trust.
