When the 1st fixture he was to install on a high slanted ceiling wasn't long enough he agreed to come back when we got another fixture. We received a replacement pendant light, he fit us in the day before Thanksgiving and we now have a perfect light fixture. Derrick charged us the original agreed upon amount even though he had to make two trips. We will use his services again."

"They found a problem with the humidistat that was preventing the duct fan from turning on. All I was charged for was the $29 visit fee. The previous contractor that came out said we had a bad fan motor and humidistat (which they kept calling a thermostat - red flag) and quoted us $1500."

He is clearly one of a million of solid, trustworthy America. He also arrived at the location exactly at the time he promised. In summary, this is like no other."

"I hired Tipping Hat to originally install a new kitchen faucet. In the process of doing that, they discovered that the feed-pipes from the crawlspace needed to be replaced because they were old and corroding. They took the time to explain the required work to me and asked for my approval before doing the work. They accomplished everything in just a couple hours. Meanwhile they also discovered the main shutoff in the crawlspace was bad, and came back when I asked them to repair that as well. All in all, very happy with their service."
