He also put a commercial HEPA filter in the room where the demolition was done to limit the dust and mess in the air and hired a cleaning crew to clean the room when they were finished! Rob K and all the other workmen that worked on the project were kind, helpful (and clean!) and demonstrated a high level of talent in their particular field of expertise. "Andrew and his crew were EXCELLENT! I have heard how contractors don't show up after a few days but that was never the case with Andrew. He was at the house by 7am every morning to get his guys on task with the job and then discuss with me the agenda for the day. He was very willing to work with us on any corrections that needed to be done in our basement to keep us satisfied. From day 1, the worksite was always left very neat and clean which was important since we still needed to use the basement to do our laundry. Andrew also discovered the reason for water in our basement and the next day corrected the problem which avoided future water damage in a brand new basement. Our job started the Monday after Thanksgiving and the only days Andrew and his crew didn't show up to work were Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE and New Year's Day to make sure that our basement was finished in the timeframe he promised. Our basement was an old school cellar and now it's a beautiful living space with a 3/4 bath, laundry room, living room and storage area. It's a wonderful before and after transformation. We were always in constant communication either via text or actual phone calls. We plan on using him on future projects. It's nice to have someone like Andrew in my contacts because I know I can trust him and his work. Trust me, if you hire Andrew you will not be disappointed."

"OUTSTANDING! I flip houses. Had another guy install bathroom tile but had to let him go due to poor quality. Found Serrano on H.A. and I am glad I hired them. First, they are truly good people, and trustworthy. They took off all of the bathroom tile with breakage to only 3 tiles! Thats like a WOW. They reinstalled the wall tile and the accent tile and the difference was like day and night. I am telling you LOOK NO FURTHER. They also installed luxury vinyl plank through out the whole house and that was a excellent job as well. In addition, for such high-end work, their prices are very fair. I will definitely hire them for my next flip. I wish there was a link for pictures."
