When Jose came he carefully diagnosed how the dryer was drawing electricity and was able to confirm that the fuse rather than the dryer was the source of the problem . Jose replaced the fuse and explained to me how the fuses in the power box work. He was helpfully assisted by Luis and the two are a great team. I appreciated how Jose communicated with Hunter to confirm the diagnostics. "I just built my house a year ago and needed to add an EV charger to my garage. Trish called me within an hour and set up an appointment for Hugo to come out the next day. There were two additional parts to the job I needed done as well, and one of them was a bit more expensive than I was expecting... but honestly, I had no idea how much to expect for the third part of the job so I can't blame them at all. There was no pressure at all to complete the more expensive portion of the job when I told them I'd have to pass on it at the time. The actual job was scheduled for the following week, and Tommy and Kevin showed up on time and were done in less than 3 hours. They gave me a few recommendations for drywall repair as well since there were three small holes that needed cut to run the new circuit for the EV charger. Highly recommended...
