MEM replaced every single outlet and switch in my house, installed ceiling fans (including the attic wiring), along with several other jobs like improving my garage lighting, installing a lightswitch to a storage room area, etc. In addition, and most importantly, MEM fixed prior electrial work that was poorly installed (ie. exposed wires, no caps, etc, etc) which was a huge concern of mine. "Marty replaced my old Federal Pacific electrical panel with a new 200Amp panel and ran a 30Amp, 220V circuit to my garage with a sub panel. He did the work at less than half the price of other competitors. Granted the competitors were the big companies that quote from a book (Brother's Electric and Always Best Choice). As his business matures I hope he raises his prices a little as he deserves a bit more. Overall he did a great job - the inspector and another electrician complimented his work. He also quickly addressed some really minor issues the inspector brought up. I'll hire him again for any electrical work in the future and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat."

The thing I was most impressed with was they came back to my house twice to patch the wall and paint it. "Tipping Hat contacted me to get details of the work I needed to be done. We scheduled a date and time that needed to be changed due to staff illness. Office staff were very cordial over the phone and called me the day of service in advance of the technician arrival to inform me that Justin would be arriving sooner than what had been scheduled. I had minor work to be done and Justin was very tidy, courteous and thorough in explaining what the cause of my concerns were and fixed the problem quickly. He had to borrow an extension ladder of mine, put it back when he was done and vacuumed the area. Wow!! Does service get better than that!
