"John Sherlock and his wife Corrine called within 1/2 hour of looking for Lightning Rod installers. He was available and was over to talk with us within one hour. He sent all his credentials and licenses and insurance coverages of his business and they came over the next morning and completed the installation extremely fast. He gave a fantastic offer, and lifetime warranty coverage and will even come over and take down system when we replace the roof and place back up at no charge! His wife even saw some plants we had not put in the garden still sitting in containers, and offered and planted them in the spaces we wanted, just to help out. Very friendly, helpful, professional, extremely knowledgeable and even suggested adding Lakeland Electrics Surge Protector protection they provide to go along with the Lightning rods. Yes would have them again on any home anytime."

"Outstanding all around. I had a small fire in my electrical panel and Exodus rewired my home. The work entailed 1. Removing and installing a new main breaker panel with all new circuit breakers, 2. Installing new wiring, plugs, switches, and electrical plates 3. Bringing wiring to code for my range, 4. Installing new wiring for my new stackable washer/dryer which I just added to my house and added a new outlet for a new flat screen tv 5. Swapped out old light fixtures for new fixtures, 6. Added smoke detectors and combo carbon monoxide/smoke detectors where needed. The men were professional, pleasant, showed up when they said they would, respected my property, and cleaned up thoroughly. The electrical inspection went perfectly. The pricing was very reasonable and I was billed what was agreed upon before the work began. Exodus went beyond the call and was reasonably and fairly priced. I would highly recommend their work."

"The service provided by these two gentlemen was second to none. From the point of contact through HomeAdvisor/Angi they came out to my house the same day to provide me an estimate to replace my electrical panel both inside and outside. Their proposal was not only the best but based on our conversation I felt the most comfortable with him. He followed up with me the next day to let me know he had all the materials needed to perform the job and set the install date for Monday morning. They showed up on time on Monday and completed the job as promised with no surprises. They cleaned up when finished and even did some spackle work around the new electrical panel to leave it looking good. They are true professionals and will be my electrician of choice for all future projects."

"After contacting the 3 companies provided by Home Advisor I chose to go with James Townsley and I'm very glad I did. He is very professional and did a great job. There were a few things that needed to be added to the installation, even so my cost remained the same as quoted. He was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls and did the installation on a day that should have been a day off for him to accommodate my strange work schedule. "Its really nice to meet a company that uphold honesty and integrity as their values. This company did an install on my property following a major remodel in 2011 and did a great job at a competitive price. Fast forward to 2019 and I have recently had some of my roof replaced and the roofers removed all the of lightning rods! I called John and he came straight out exactly when he had promised. We own a large property and it would have been easy for him to charge me for a full replacement system but instead John explained that it was a pretty easy fix and the charged me very little to take care of my problem. John also walked the other buildings and checked all OK while he was there. Folks , This guy is old school honest and in today's world that's a rare commodity. "New 16kw backup generator installed 04/23/2020. Stellar customer service!!! Today two technicians arrived at our home not long after I called relative to a possible LP gas leak. Once again they were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took time carefully reviewing our newly installed 16kw backup generator and all connections leading thereto. They competed the repair, checked for leaks, ran the unit and cleaned up afterwards. When customers receive service like this, coupled with courteous professional and knowledgeable people, this company is 2nd to none. "I purchased my home in April 2024 never expecting concerns that were brought to my attention by a friend who happen to look at the electrical panel and suggested I contact an licensed Electrican for an evaluation to check the safety & stability of the electric system to the home. I had requested 4 individual contractors, all agreed there were areas of concern ranging from upgrading some of the wiring to the electric panel & other necessary changes. I ultimately decided to use A1 electrical contractors and I couldn't be happier/relieved. I did. From the moment they arrived at the property, one of the owners explained they were a family business dedicated to their customers, and it didn't take me long to know that was a fact. He was enthusiastic driven, and showed genuine interest. In the work that needed to be done here He didn't beat around the bush. He was very honest and although it was the last thing I wanted to hear after just buying the house, I knew I had no choice, but to go with the work , who ever I decided on. The price quoted me was in the middle, Not near the highest, but not the lowest either, but still fair, and with a trust level I felt early on that I didn't necessarily feel with the others & we went with them. They carved out two weeks for the job and we had to relocate to a hotel,, They were able to finish the job less than a Week. I can't express the piece of mind. I have knowing that the issues have been fixed and my home is now electrically sound. & up to code.
