There were some delays in his doing the job due to he was working on other jobs, which was ok, he got it done before hurricane season began which is all I really cared about. He did quality work, the only gripe I have is he never returned to re-attach the door chain which keeps the door from banging against the outer wall."

"We contacted Jesus recently because we had a bunch of small projects we needed to have completed. He made sure to let us know when he was available and while he might have been a little late in certain instances, it was never a big deal. He's busy, so it's expected. The worked he performed was high quality. He installed a couple of bathroom fixtures and repaired the bathroom ceiling. He also fixed our bay window sill, which was a mess. Finally, he helped to sand our wood stairs and railings. One critique I would have is his lack of communication when it comes to pricing. Other than that I would recommend and I would like to use him again."
