As you step out it’s ~1ft below the second story flooring. there is a half wall to the left hand side, to the right hand side is an older railing (easy to remove) so really a flat surface before it is the gutters. Straight ahead ~15ft before you reach a downward slope from the garage roof, bit of a weird space to describe.
