  Comment: I’m looking for someone to finish a job that was started. A few rooms only need the final coat and finish some trim. There are only 2 primary colors for the walls, which are a satin Serengeti Gras and Edgecomb Gray in the kitchen and formal dining room with a white gloss trim, except for the living room den, and foyer has a softer tan trim. The two bathroom needs ceiling and trim. The living room needs ceiling, a final coat and a few areas to be completed with primer, and two or three coats. The dining room needs a final coat in the kitchen and eating area needs ceiling to be completed behind the refrigerator with primer and paint, then one or two coats remaining. The den has not been completed at all, so it needs to complete wall paint and trim. To include the doors For the rooms of the home. They have already been removed and labeled. The foyer is it’s just the ceiling and trim with the interior. Front door matching the wall color. In the exterior door of the front be a cranberry.. The main floor of this ranch home is about 75%+ completed. Basement ceiling need some muddying, primer, and paint in a flat white. In the garage, the three walls and a small portion of the ceiling needs to be painted, including the floor with a concrete gray and seal. I hope this is helpful.
