We finished our basement with Basements Plus, and the results were incredible. From the “vision” to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, friendly, communicative, and detail-oriented. They truly transformed our dark, unused space into our perfect, sports-loving family space. If you are looking for a contractor that delivers on their promises, look no further! **Adding that the support we receive is not just from the main office but to the onsite teams as well. Mike has been great to work with, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Basement plus is awesome. Great to work with Dave. He is so patience and details with the project. Find out all the possible way to get the best products and budget. Great communication very responsible for any issues we had. Also Jacob is super nice on coordinate and help us trouble shooting when we had unexpected water issues... he always keep us updated and make sure things get taken care of!!

Yiwei did an excellent job helping us during the design phase. She is professional, responsive, and very thoughtful. She always keeps our best interests in mind and respects all requirements. Working with her was a smooth and pleasant experience, and we truly appreciated her attention to detail and dedication.

We had basement plus finish our basement and install a sump pump. Our designer was excellent and was very patient to make sure our basement turned out exactly how we wanted it too. Our project manager did a good job of keeping the contractors on track and always answered the phone and helped us when we had minor issues. All of our concerns were taken seriously and addressed appropriately. We would use this company again.
