Great experience!!!! Not nearly as many bumps as I expected and project stayed on budget. Dan, our project manager, was responsive and fixed the things I needed him to fix :) great company, great results. LOVE my dry and finished basement! Thanks again guys!

My wife and I used FBP for the second time, to again refinish the basement of our new home. We are EXTREMELY pleased/satisfied with both professionalism and final result of FBP. Starting with their sales and design process - things felt easy, low pressure, and transparent. They worked hard to understand our vision for the basement, offering helpful suggestions and ideas when we were unsure, clear/upfront about costs and timeframe, and have a very helpful/practical showroom to review inperson the items/colors you are selecting. Once work started, we always received clear updates and - when questions did arise - we always had a clear point of contact. Texts or calls were returned in a timely manner. Our basement was found to have unexpected damage from the prior owners self-remodel and FBP were extremely helpful in navigating that process, arranging an engineer to come assess, then providing us multiple options - and transparent costs - to get things back on track. There were very thoughtful with the construction process. Examples include a very creating adjustment to our dry bar (that they 100% thought of) to cover/hide our water meter which was in an awkward spot. They are also frank when they think parts of the original plan my not work out as well (removal railing) and helped us to understand and pivot. Even after the process, Mike checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy with the final product and even had workers come redo the paint in part of the ceiling - something my wife and I hadn't honestly even noticed - as it wasn't up to their standard. I've heard so many horror stories in working with contractors on home remodels - and experienced our own with other non-basement projects. I appreciate so much the competence, communication, professionalism, and trust the FNP brings. Highly recommended. Project largely completed 12/2024
