"Our home needed a radical Kitchen do over. Bob came over and gave us some ideas. We wanted more natural light and an open space. He showed us some pictures and we went together to a show room select a quartz color, kitchen cabinets and we negotiated a fair price. The results are very pleasing. It's now a pleasure to hang out in the kitchen area, and the adjacent dining room now has more life as well. Bob saw that when were sat out in our covered patio that we were continuously swatting flies and mosquitos. He asked us if we wanted a screen but we said that the screens we'd seen made the porch very dark and took away from the open space sensation. he explained there were electrical screens that you can easily choose which ambient you want. Plus, no central beam. So we went for it and now we really enjoy the patio pretty much all year long, one way or the other. We highly recommend Bob from Master Constructors."

"Bill and his team really came through for us when we found out our two bathrooms had to be demolished due to structural damage in our crawl space from water leaks over the years. We live in an old wooden bungalow from the 1920s and were having a hard time finding a trustworthy and experienced contractor; who could repair all the structural damage under the bathroom floors and then complete the remodeling of the bathrooms. Bill and his team were able to finish both bathrooms on time and made sure all the work was completed the right way (they came out looking wonderful). Bill was able to pull all the permits with the city of Tampa and he was always there when we needed guidance when it came to design/functionality. In the end we also had Bill complete our kitchen backsplash, and install a new side door. His team can pretty much do anything you need around your house. They are very friendly, honest, and hard working. They will let you know the truth about what needs to be done and they will do the work the right way the first time. If you need anything done from small handyman jobs to building a new house, Bill and his team can do it for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends or family."

"From start to finish, all the people from Le birch development & construction were professional, hardworking and clearly showed pride in their work. Le birch. Team created a plan for our bathroom that far surpassed anything we had thought of; Amy, the designer that works with Lindross, is very talented & was able to quickly identify our own personal style and help with material selection so the finished product was just right. Brian insists that work begin only after all the materials are on site, so the renovations went much faster and smoother than I've experienced in the past. He also put a commercial HEPA filter in the room where the demolition was done to limit the dust and mess in the air and hired a cleaning crew to clean the room when they were finished! Rob K and all the other workmen that worked on the project were kind, helpful (and clean!) and demonstrated a high level of talent in their particular field of expertise. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone (and have done so to several of my friends) and will definitely be using them in the future when we move onto our kitchen remodel."
