"Bill and his team really came through for us when we found out our two bathrooms had to be demolished due to structural damage in our crawl space from water leaks over the years. We live in an old wooden bungalow from the 1920s and were having a hard time finding a trustworthy and experienced contractor; who could repair all the structural damage under the bathroom floors and then complete the remodeling of the bathrooms. Bill and his team were able to finish both bathrooms on time and made sure all the work was completed the right way (they came out looking wonderful). Bill was able to pull all the permits with the city of Tampa and he was always there when we needed guidance when it came to design/functionality. In the end we also had Bill complete our kitchen backsplash, and install a new side door. His team can pretty much do anything you need around your house. They are very friendly, honest, and hard working. They will let you know the truth about what needs to be done and they will do the work the right way the first time. If you need anything done from small handyman jobs to building a new house, Bill and his team can do it for you. I would highly recommend him to anyone of my friends or family."

"Pete, Owner of RemoTech, completed an extensive remodel on my 3,400+ sq ft home. Every inch of the home was remodeled or in some way impacted by the design changes. Pete followed the Architectural plans exactly, making thoughtful suggestions for improvements. My remodel was extensive and involved completely recreating the interior footprint. The kitchen was moved from the back of the home to the middle. The master bath was remodeled to be American Disability Act (ADA) compliant. All bathrooms were remodeled and a additional "scullery" or fully operating back kitchen was created along with a separate beverage center. I was so fortunate to work with Pete and his crew. He was nice and down-to-earth and I liked that the quote was in layman's terms and no hidden costs. He was able to get the exact door I wanted from a photo. The installer went above and beyond to fit our new front door. Apparently our door frame is crooked. He worked nonstop and gave us a beautiful door. "He replaced soil pipes, which required opening a wall between our bathroom and kitchen. He repaired that wall and installed a glass backsplash in the kitchen (after new cabinetry was in place by a different contractor). He did a complete renovation/remodel of two bathrooms with plumbing and tile work. He suggested and installed a tankless water heater that we are very happy with and is a huge space saver. He added a new closet in one of the bathrooms and a glass shower enclosure and a new window. Pedro is skilled as well as very courteous and professional, he was a pleasure to work with. Every request we made was met. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and values his customers, which he did not hesitate to mention. When we voiced concerns regarding COVID19 the need to return to the home improvement store or flooring store, he volunteered to pick up all other necessary items. We were particularly pleased with the tile to pick up since our heavy lifting days are over and we do not own a truck. He and his employees wore their masks, even in the heat, and were careful about social distancing. We would be amiss if we did not compliment Pedro right-hand men, Daniel and Domingo, who were kind, cheerful, and very hard working. Pedro met his completion dates which were agreed upon in the contract. We have always heard that renovation can be stressful, but PTAH does everything possible to ease the stress. We highly recommend Pedro Ruiz and would certainly hire him again when we are ready for our next project."
