Matrix was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. The project manager John was very good at letting me know if things had to be moved to a different day. The workmen doing the individual parts of the job were also very helpful, offering advice when asked. They also kept the working areas very clean - no dreadful mess to clean up!

We are so pleased with our new space and really appreciated John’s communication and support throughout the project. Awesome. John Brewer was the site manager and got the job done for us well. Our painters were excellent. Barbara did excellent work and gave us good advice. Overall a great experience.

Communication needs work. Especially when they mess up and you call them, they won't call you back. Then if you do get ahold of them they ignore you after telling you they will figure a day out and never come to fix the issues
