"My husband and I embarked on an ambitious large remodel in our home. We wanted to change the layout of our first floor to lend to a larger kitchen and more functional use of the space. We wanted to move the kitchen to the dining room, open up the wall and use the old galley kitchen space for a pantry and mudroom area. As well, we needed to update our master suite, including adding a walk in closet. To make everything cohesive, we also refinished all of our hardwoods and replaced the doors and trim throughout the house. We interviewed and obtained quotes from four contractors. Out of everyone, UE was the most responsive and excited about the project. Our design and layout concept was in line and price was comparable with other quotes. We started almost immediately. We liked that the same team was in our house throughout the project. Oscar was great and Hector checked in all the time. We stayed in the house during the project and the team was respectful of our space and let us know times they would be where and when. We were kept in the loop the entire process and quickly were asked questions before changes or decisions were made. UE called or saw us every week. The project wasn't without it's bumps. There was a few times we disagreed or were not happy with something, but the team was responsive and talked it through. At the end, the trim painting wasn't up to par and they immediately got another group in to fix it. All in all, we were happy with the project. Renovations are stressful, especially with small children. We made the best of it and are happy we went through with the project. At the end, the team was part of the family. We are extremely happy with our new space (basically our entire home). Our space is more functional and just beautiful. We feel like we are living in a magazine."

They did renovate my 2 bathrooms, my 2 living rooms (first floor and second floor) stairs , railings and basically my whole house except kitchen with competitive price. They even installed a washer hook up upstairs. Tony , their leader is easy to talk with and gave precise advise on what to buy just like porcelain tiles, shower system, freestanding tub, laminate floor, toilet sit and more. He encouraged me also to change my stairs railings and I am very happy with the outcome. Their electrician is very skilled and knowledgeable. The team plumber who did my second floor plumbing system because of expanding my bathroom and installing my washer is very meticulous. The one who installed the porcelain tiles is very precise and pleasant and very satisfying to work with. All of his team did their best to work with my family that we donâ  t need to rent an apartment to evacuate the house . I even leave some of my furniture in my living room , family room and bedrooms and their team work it out while changing the floor and repaint the rooms. When I found out that that I have a leak on my main water line and probably has been happening for years , Tony send his plumber to fix it immediately. Their HVAC guy is very helpful to rearrange my air ducts inlets and outflow ducts. Manex will also be doing my windows replacement in few weeks. All in all my family was satisfied with all the work they have done, to listen to my concern, and respond appropriately to my questions. I can choose all five qualities written on the question, professionalism, work quality, value, punctuality, and responsiveness. These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovating, LLC. Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. "I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family.
