"The contractor scheduled me appointment two days out from the first time we spoke in order to come take a look at the job . He then showed up on time for the appointment. Told me he had something else to do that day but he will take a look into getting the part that I needed to be replaced and get back with me on a price. The next thing I know within the next couple of hours I got a call from him stating that the job was done. I was so thrilled. I highly recommend Smith's Heating."

"Gladstone came out the next day for an evaluation. He confirmed my fears - the secondary heat exchanger was corroded out. They were able to get a new furnace installed in ~4 hours first thing the next morning. In Winter! They cleaned it up better than I had, and hauled away my old water heater that I still had downstairs. A+"

"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. The last plumber didn't eve care to share this, or even do it. I will not go ANY OTHER PLACE than Service Professor for my plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. PERIOD. No one else compares!"
