Basement remodel done in 2021. Contacted them multiple times about a repair needed and they dont email or call back! Had to have a real electrician fix problems they caused!

Unless you're wealthy and throwing away money is what you're into, then I'd say AVOID Matrix Basement Solutions at ALL costs. They'll give you an incomplete project plan, then attempt to bilk you for thousands upon thousands of dollars more. I'm out over $60,000.00 and I have a less than half completed basement, which is only 400 sqaure feet. Addressed concerns with Matrix and they show zero concern, they could care less and are laughing all the way to the bank. Shameful business practice, not to be trusted. Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well in hopes others do not get taken advantage of like I did.

Absolutely over priced constantly try cutting corners over 3 months past original completion date due to project manager over booked with 27 other projects hie said. Project manager came a total of 5 times in 8 months. Contractors always confused on what needed to be done. Changed plans 3 time because they would not keep contract commitments. Admitted to plausible deniability tricks by them. WAY OVER PRICED AND VERY UNTRUST WORTHY!!!

Worst ever experience, lies and twisting promises. 3 months behind left the basement uncompleted and had to except a lot of changes we did not want. They say that they will right it in the plans then never do it. They admit they are shady but not the worst at it. The said that is how they can make money. Completely untrust worthy and horrible quality!!!!!!

This was a bathroom replacement. I could not select that from the menu here. The quality of workmanship was quite poor for the price. I complained to the company and they sent someone to look at the work. He agreed that it was not up to their standards. I let them know I didn't want it redone and have my only bathroom out of comission for several days. What I would like was a refund. Nothing happened. I was not followed up with despite multiple calls to Lindsey. I've felt too dumb for paying $11,000 for this shoddy job to post this review. I hope this is helpful to others who are making decisions. This space is not large enough to list all of my complaints or all of the photos. Please see my google review.
