Our house is on the older side so when we started remodeling the bathroom, we ended up redoing the whole floor and walls because of mold as a result the budget for vanity set came down. They refinished the dining and living room flooring (420 sqft) to match our hall hardwood flooring , They installed new dining and living room base boards, a new sliding hall pocket door, a new coat closet door, and new door trims. His subcontractor who repaired cracks and 50 years of damage to the walls and ceilings and then painted all the walls, doors and ceilings also did a fantastic job.
