Doug and Tony kept us insisting doing the right thing for our home - which meant more expenditure, but a far longer term value in return on investment. The entire project was done on a tight timeline so we had to make decisions based on what was available at the moment. "I find it extremely rare that I hire a contractor, and I feel moved enough with their work and value that I write a review. My reconstruction job wasnâ t huge nor was it small. It wasnâ t extremely complicated, but neither was it a cakewalk. Jim came in and we had an extremely productive conversation that set clear expectations. I interviewed three companies and I got the best feeling from JNSP because although I always love to hear a vendor, tell me yes to everything I do realize sometimes my expectations are a little unrealistic, and context of what my outcome versus cost is. Iâ ve learned a part of this process is that I have to do a little bit of research and I have to ask questions so that I understand exactly what the expectation is. You canâ t know everything about everything and when youâ re not well-versed on the job, youâ re asking someone to do it helps for you to do a little bit of research and ask questions and Jim ended up being grade and answering those questions and actually providing a little bit more information so that I had a better understanding of what I was asking to be done. JNSP what is not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. I wanted to wait until a month after the job is complete so that Iâ d have a better idea of how I felt about the project completion. JNSP exceeded my expectations. They followed through on all aspects of the project and that they had to bring in a subcontractor, they did a fantastic job with supervising that subcontractor and explaining what was going on. I didnâ t have to worry about the contractor while on my property as JNSP had obviously did a good job in explaining to the contractor what the expectations were of the job as well as how to respect me and the people in the office around the construction site. I could see that every effort was made to contain the mess of construction and cleanup was thorough. Final invoice is exactly what was expected. Working with Jim was a pleasure. Very professional. Very communicative. Since this was reconstruction sometimes there are unforeseen issues and Jim identified this early and gave me options that worked for me. And there was never a time where I needed an answer, or had a question that Jim didnâ t reply in a timely manner. I suspect that JNSP is the quality that it is because of the personal commitment of their ownership. Seeing the work that Jim did and the work that their contractor did makes me think that they can handle almost any size job. Thanks to Angi and thanks to JNSP. Iâ ll be telling my friends about you. Iâ ll always suggest that as someone doing the hiring do a little bit of research so that you know what you are really asking for. They did a lot of extra small fixes and touch-ups beyond the original proposed scope of work, and they didn't nickle-and-dime me for every little change. They actually SAVED me money on some of my other projects!"

"We've had many home improvement projects with various companies over the past few years, with some quite negative experiences and others that were just okay. With Kitchen & More, this was the first time that my wife and I felt compelled to leave a positive review, to let others know that this was an upstanding and trustworthy business they should strongly consider. We had a whole kitchen remodel with them, with a peninsula taken down to combine the adjacent breakfast room into one larger space. The big difference we saw compared to other companies was that we met with the designers up front, before any contractors were brought into the fold. Two designers Skye and Millie came to our home and listened to our ideas while adding their own touches and keeping things manageably within the scope of our stated budget. Once we all agreed upon a specific design and went to their main office in Kent to choose all of our materials, we met with our project manager Vera, their team of contractors including Troy, Justin, and Owen, and different companies who worked with them. Our project required input from various teams including electrical, plumbing, HVAC/duct work, and insulation/drywall. Project add-ons were handled reasonably. The entire project was performed on time and completed in reasonable fashion. And at the very end, we had a meticulous line item inspection process with them to make sure the work was completed to a high standard. We have an adjoining laundry room project that will be next on our itinerary, and we will plan to reach out to them for this work as well."

"Sergey cares about the quality of his work. He meticulously followed the detailed plan our structural engineer developed to renovate and vault the ceiling of our detached accessory dwelling unit. Since the small house was originally built DIY by a farmer in the 1950â s, Sergey had to do lots of custom framing work to get everything level and true. The outcome is gorgeous! Sergey is a great communicator and respectful of neighbors. Heâ s also a really nice guy. I highly recommend his services!"
