I needed a project completed after my previous contractors failed to show up. With a deadline approaching, they were able to fit me in on short notice at a fair price. I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again.

We just moved to the area 6 months ago. When we moved into our home, we had several home repairs we needed to get done (replacing ceiling fan, repairing hole in the wall, etc). I found Navidâ s Construction and am so glad we did. They were so pleasant and professional to work with. They worked around our schedule and got everything done quickly and very well. Then, when our house was flooded, causing significant damage, we got an estimate from Navid. It was very reasonable and we hired him to do the repairs. We needed new flooring in a bathroom and walls repaired. The work was done flawlessly. Sheila was absolutely wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service every step of the way. Although I never anticipated needing a construction company when we first moved into our home, I am so grateful we found Navidâ s Construction. We had complications on our job from the section of the house being out of square. After spending probably triple the amount time on our project, the invoice did not change. They honored the original price- that was unexpected on our part! Great people, Great Work!
