Our project was large! The kitchen was completely gutted, and footprint dramatically changed. SM Construction listened carefully and executed beautifully our dream kitchen! At any point they responded as quickly as possible to any need and attended to each step of the project with great care. They worked around our in-home business and family life as well. We would highly recommend their services.

Highly responsive and solution/customer satisfaction oriented. Worked a solution to a major issue that multiple other contractors couldn't or refused to identify (innovative repair of house siding issue instead of reside entire house).

Guys did a great job and met all my expectations. A special call out to Ali for his meticulous work on my bathrooms (took 3 weeks but quality work can’t be rushed), and Sirous Jose who did a great job managing the project. They were polite and responsive.

Sirous did a beyond amazing job. Him and his team renovated our whole condo. He did such a great job that the difference between the before and after was incredible. He removed old nasty carpet and replaced it with our choice of flooring. He removed the bathtubs and installed beautiful new standing showers. He removed all the kitchen cabinets and installed beautiful dark brown cabinets. Working with Sirous is probably a homeowner's dream! He did such an amazing job and was very cooperative. He also finished in a timely manner and was great in communicating. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to remodel in their home or condo. If you're trying to decide who to contact, look no further! Great price, better work, and an even better company!

Sirous and SM Construction did a tremendous job extensively repairing and remodeling my home in Sterling. They do very high quality work at a reasonable price and do it efficiently and promptly. Your hear about contractors half-finishing projects then leaving the customer hanging before wrapping things up and you get none of that with Sirous. Quite the opposite in fact. I wanted to have some minor repairs and remodeling done to my house to improve it for going on the market. Then my refrigerator had a major leak causing extensive damage. SM Construction ended up completely redoing my kitchen and bathroom, replacing the hardwood floor on the main level of the house, drywalling a large basement rec room and replacing it's floor and many other projects to prepare the home for sale. Sirous, the owner, was very helpful with design suggestions and in picking out materials. He has excellent taste and is easy to work with. Once the work was done of course I kicked myself for not doing it sooner and getting the chance to enjoy the house as he transformed it. The house sold above the asking price immediately. SM Construction is a great resource for your contracting needs.
