My experience with Alltecs was terrible please do you research on this company before hiring them I even encourage you to go and physically see work that they have done instead of relying on their photos. I would never recommend their company for anything. I hired Alltecs for a 203K rehab July 2021 by March 2023 they quit and nothing was completed in my house. Alltecs had already been paid a substantial amount of money, for a totally f....ed up job and to add Insult to injury Dawnta Million filed a Mechanics Lien on my property in which he never enforced. The nerve of somebody who don't pay his subcontractors (found that out later) so please please please don't get defrauded by Alltecs like I did.

I purchased a property that needed a full remodel. I contacted Alltecs and they were very accommodating & professional. My home is so beautiful & luxurious. Few delays due to permitting & material delivery, however Alltecs always communicated during the process. Although, the delays were a frustrating process Alltecs pulled through & I’m so happy with the final results! Thanks Again! I would definitely recommend this company.

Alltec was very responsive to my work needs, both big and small. They came to evaluate the jobs and gave me an estimate and timeline and stuck to their word. My condo is old and posed unique challenges to the workers but they tackled every obstacle with a “we can do it” attitude. I have already recommended them to others and will call them in the future.
