I'm so happy with the work Alex, Kevin and the team did! Alex provided quotes, and high quality work in a very timely manner. The details are really beautiful, and I am especially pleased with the quality of cabinetry, painting, and most of all the beveling on the quartz counters! I had three bathrooms done and the painting jobs were crisp and the cabinetry is elegant. Alex gives very honest opinions on options and details.

Alex was recommended by The Tile Shop in Sterling to install a new porcelain tile floor in our kitchen. We met with Alex, received a very competitive quote, and hired his company. His people removed the existing 29 year old tiles and Durock subflooring, installed the new tiles, installed new baseboards and moulding, and prepped and painted the walls and trim. Alejandro was primarily responsible for removal of the old tile/Durock and installation of the new Wedi subflooring; Kevin was in charge of the painting; Freddy handled tile installation; and Jose was responsible for touch up work. The entire job took slightly over a week, and Alex arrived everyday to ensure that the work was proceeding to our satisfaction. The entire team was courteous, professional, and efficient. Also, at the conclusion of the project, Alex sent in a cleaning crew to clean ensure the entire first level of the house. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan to hire Alexâ s crew to do additional projects in our home. We have had quite a few companies do work in our home during the past 27 years and weâ ve never worked with a better company than District Renovations. Simply put, if youâ e planning a home renovation project - particularly tile work and painting - you cannot choose a better company.

The team at District Renovations was extremely attentive to my requests and consistently checked in with me to ensure I was happy with the progress of the work. DR performed demolition and installation services. I provided all of the cabinets and countertop myself, but when some trim pieces were missing from the order, Alex offered to provided matching pieces for free. He was very concerned about ensuring the end product was what my wife and I wanted. Their price was extremely competitive and they met our mutual schedule. As someone in a similar industry, I did ask a lot of questions and talked through the install process, so I may have been more critical than others. My wife says our kitchen is fantastic though. I would recommend them and their customer service is A+.

We negotiated with Alex the terms and conditions of remodeling two bathrooms including budget and timeline and we were very pleased with the quality of the work and how well the budget and timeline were achieved. Highly recommend him.

Alex and the District Renovations team did an excellent job renovating our home to give it the exact look and feel we wanted. He not just took the options we picked but also shared a lot of his own ideas for us to choose from to not only help improve the design but also reduce the overall cost. His pricing was very competitive and the timeliness of job was amazing. His team renovated almost the entire house in about 6 weeks. This included main level and bedroom level flooring/carpet change, cabinet painting, adding new cabinets, fixing dry wall, lighting, painting, redoing the pantry, powder room etc. The material was of top quality and the work was excellent and fast. Couldn't have asked for a better contractor. Alex made it all very cost effective, easy, reliable and hassle-free for us by a one-stop shop contractor. District Renovations was highly recommended to us by The Tile Shop. They did our complete Master Bath remodel, from total demo, to doubling our shower, enclosing the toilet, heated floor, new vanity, tub, tile, mirror, and lighting. They stayed on schedule and were very flexible to work with, the crew was very respectful of our home when they were in it. They showed up when they said they would, which is usually a big issue with contractors. No major remodel comes without some issues and adjustments, but they made sure that we were happy with the result. We now have a beautiful master bathroom we always wanted. I would use them again and recommend.

I was able to get my kitchen remodeled. I had my cabinets refinished, I also had my countertops replaced. They also did my deck too. Great job. I was truly impressed with the outcome of all the work which was performed. Alex was a great guy and it was a pleasure working with him.
