Mitch was punctual and gave me a quote after going over front door lock choices. He said he would get it ordered and it would take a few weeks, which it did. Once the lock was shipped, he notified me, and again when it arrived. He installed it soon after and the fit is much smoother than the one it replaced. Good job at a good price. The photo shows the new lock and where the old lock used to be (need to paint the area above the new lock). My wife likes the new one.

Mitch got back to me quickly with a quote and was at my house the next day. Nice, friendly guy. Told me up front that if he couldn't open it, there would be no charge. Was able to open my locked antique roll top desk! Not a skill other locksmiths seem to have.
