Mitch was a great help. I could not get off work so he waited 3 hours in order to help me. He was very clear about what he was doing and what costs would be. Also, was very polite the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

He called as soon as I put in the request, around 11pm. He was on time for the appointment that we scheduled the next day, everything was great til I got the bill. Which was twice as much money that was quoted to me before he did the work.

Sorry for your misunderstanding of the job completed. Initially when I met you in the morning at 8AM, you only wanted to replace the top deadbolt, 1 lock which would be $150.00 + tax. You then said lets replace the bottom entrance set as well. I said I would need to retrieve that lock set from my warehouse, and would return at 5:30PM to install. I did quote you $275.00 + tax, and that both locks would be keyed alike. When writing up the invoice you did not question or confront the price at all. I'm left a bit confused, and again sorry you feel this way. We always quote price before prior to any installation, that's our company policy.

We got a couple other quotes from other companies but eventually decided to go with Mitch because we felt the most secure with him, and when it comes to a locksmith that was the most important criteria. We have a lot of doors but Mitch was able to re-key/replace whatever we needed. We even had a custom lock that MItch was able to order for us and install. Will definitely recommend him to friends and family and will use his company again if the need ever arises.
