What I thought was a simple lock install turned into a major project. The lock I had was defective. It was a digital lock which my son purchased from Amazon. So now I had Mitch there for $150 plus tax and no lock. Mitch was kind enough to wait half an hour while I ran to Home Depot and purchased another lock. Thank you Mitch.

Fast, knowledgeable and very helpful! And love that they have Saturday and Sunday hours! A little expensive but I understand that it s brcause he had to go get a part, and I understand that for a Just want to get it done fix like mine that you have to pay a little more to get it done ASAP. Would use again
