He was prompt and on time. He said he would be here early Sunday and he was. My time is very important to me. Service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. One may think why I would state that because service techs should be both knowlegeable and professional but alot of the times this isn't true. He was neat and cleaned behind himself. He filed the lock to make sure the lock was working smoothly.

America's Key to Security was excellent. I did a poor job describing what I needed to Mitch over the phone and he still came prepared to replace all my existing lock types and change the related hardware. I will definitely use him again for anything I need and would recommend him.

I had a specialty job for Mitch. My door required specially ordered hardware, and the door needed to be modified. Mitch knew exactly what I needed. He ordered the parts, installed everything very quick, and the price was extremely fair. I won't want to use another locksmith. I will definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
